Most of the posts by that username have been troll-ish for no real reason and attacking other users by name. Banned.

I would have given a warning had it not happened several times, they had at least one post in the beginning asking for help and the rest ranting.

Now, if anyone would like to help with the android port, they are more than welcome to. OpenMW will not properly support Android unless someone steps up to make it first class like the ports to Windows, Linux and MacOS.

Yeah, I find it pretty heart-breaking to hear all the hate and bashing when they themselves can't do the work. That's not motivation. If there was more interest in an Android port of OpenMW then we'd see more developers willing to help. So far, you (Sandstranger) are the only one working on it.

I wasn't aware that C++11 was a limiting factor for Android, that seems weird. :/

For what it's worth, C++11 is mostly supported by GCC 4.9 normally. I use GCC 4.9.3 (not even 4.9.4 :() for work daily. That being said, I'm not sure what, if any, modifications or configuration opens the Android NDK has.
