ESM: Rank out of range error from delta-merged.omwaddon

Hello,
I have been manually installing the Total Overhaul mod list for OpenMW. I ran the omwllf and delta plugin(one while the other was deselected), and when I launch the game, I get an odd error:
ESM Error: Rank out of range
File C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files\delta-merged.omwaddon
Record: FACT
Subrecord:RNAM
Offset: 0x3126
Not sure what this means. The delta-merged plugin is loaded last as instructed, with the omwllf plugin loaded 2nd to last. I hope I didn't botch something major, but I am not sure what steps to correct this error as I have not seen anyone else with this issue.
