Lucky you, you are only 30! ;)

I stopped to play every kind of MMO long time ago. Really, maybe it's because I'm getting older and everything has to be slowed down, but I really want to just play games, where I can save and reload, where I can pause and play it again when I have again time (that means in the night, when the children are sleeping). When I play a game, I want some deeper thinking, create my character, try it and if it's sucking go back and do it again and again. The MMO gaming it's usually not good for my needs.

Then you need to get the latest Humble Indie Bundle: V as it has Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Psychonauts... both of which are excellent. Not your typical FPS/Platformer and really enjoyable to us 'old timers' for when the kids are at camp/scouts or sleeping. :)

Well, if you tried one MMO RPG, you tried them all. And that's what annoys me... They are so generic, same lame quests (kill 10 wolves), same graphics, same interface, etc.

But I heard an interview with developers, and this actually sounds MUCH different, hell, I'll probably buy the game (if it turns out well, and different from usual MMO RPG experience of course) and I haven't bought a game in a long timeonly thing I'm scared about is them using Hero Engine..
Also they said you can play the game solo and it will be much like normal TES experience.

I might also buy it if it will be DRM free and with gold wine support. Otherwise, no money from me.

Well from what I understood from the interviews, they claim it will be nothing like standard MMO. Of course there have to be hotkeys, because you can't pause the game and go to menu to change the spell or something. But there will be only standard TES UI..
Combat will be more realtime action like in Skyrim not like other MMOs, where you basically just click an enemy and wait for cooldown so you can perform a shitty animation.
Same goes for questing. Completely different.
