im very new to openmw, but does openmw have the script extender implemented ? because i want to try mods that uses Mwse in openmw.

So the answer is no, but Zini(project lead) said that he plans on make aliases for the scripts that use mwse, so some scripts will run on OpenMW.(those plans might have changed)
