Are we able to create new game from scratch using just the CS?

i would love to know the vast worlds of open world from the eyes of the CS. MAKE MY OWN GAME USING OPEN MW-CS.

Yes, for a few years now. I started a template project that you can use to get things started, sadly it's not been updated in a few years too... needs love.

Well, jokes aside, that's not totally independent, but the engine can handle a totally new game, but it still requires more than just using CS at the moment. It's not yet very easy yet. But we are getting closer and closer all the time.
