My Xbox 360 controller doesn't work in the latest build (I update every time a new daily build is pushed). I'm using xboxdrv in Ubuntu 14.04. No button presses are recognized, as far as I can tell.

Thus far, I have been using Antimicro, to map controller actions to keyboard/mouse inputs. It has been working quite well after a fair amount of time spent setting up. Antimicro was not active when I tested my controller in OpenMW.

I have no mods installed, just the 3 expansions.

There are some outstanding issues with the current controller implementation. Notably, the game doesn't actually pull in any of the data from the gamecontrollerdb.txt file (https://github.com/OpenMW/openmw/blob/m ... llerdb.txt) because it expects it to be called gamecontrollerdb.cfg (https://github.com/OpenMW/openmw/blob/3 ... #L383-L384). vsync also needs to be turned on for the cursor to work well in the main menu (and maybe elsewhere). My guess there is the delta time value being so small creates a loss of precision, but I haven't really looked into it. I've been working on testing other things about it and was planning on posting everything I found when I was done, but I figured I might as well post what I've found so far here right now

My 360 pad works perfectly using xboxdrvr in Ubuntu 14.10.
