THIS DOES NOT MEAN PRE 1.0!
Hello!
I only have one major request out of this project, and I would be absolutely ecstatic if it were implemented!
The original Xbox User Interface for Morrowind! A simple option in the preferences window that let's you switch to the Xbox style UI. Just like how Bethesda did Xbox 360 controller support for Skyrim [which changed the UI to the Xbox's version and supported analog control].
Please do this! And if you do please support analog [meaning, pushing the stick gently forward walks slowly, etc.] I can't stand having to click and drag items and all that, the xbox UI was a LOT better imho.
Thank you for reading and I'm really really hoping to see this idea picked up!

Why? Are you against making other people happy with optional features? Your one of those people.ezzetabi wrote:Nope. Maybe a long past 1.0 feature....

Re: Xbox UI!
Do you prefer having openmw with xbox UI but without the gameplay or without xbox UI but with the gameplay?
Everything that will hold us from reaching 1.0 has simply lower priority.

Ha ha, I wasn't commenting on her "post 1.0" remark, it was more of the blatant No and the voting no..sirherrbatka wrote:Do you prefer having openmw with xbox UI but without the gameplay or without xbox UI but with the gameplay?

Having it post 1.0 is perfectly fine but she basically said she doesn't want the feature. I said nothing in my OP about having it pre 1.0 so I see no reason to vote No because you assume that's what I meant.
EDIT~
And it looks like you assumed the same thing. Why is it everyone assumes that this means "right away". It's irritating.

Re: Xbox UI!
ah, right.
So well... if someone can make it and wants to make it... why not? Personally I won't use it so I don't care actually.

Re: Xbox UI!
Kind of disappointed.. I make a suggestion and instead of getting a "We'll consider it, thank you very much for the support and giving us more ideas!" I get shot down immediately..
Kind of makes me think again about posting a suggestion...

Re: Xbox UI!
If you want it, code it or pay someone to code it.
As ezzetabi said, possible post-1.0 feature but you would have to convince people that is interesting enough to have anyway.

*un-brake my heart*
We are not company. We don't have to smile and pretend. OTOH we are open to contributors who want to help. At the moment xbox ui is just "no", but later someone can be allowed to make it work.
