The release videos look and sound good to me.

Even in the case there were things to fix, don't let this interfere with your holidays.

Awesome. :) I am back from Comic Con. Let's get final release packages built, and then I will get the release up asap!

Edit: I forgot about the tag... it's been a while so I am trying to figure out how I tagged for previous releases so I don't screw this up.

Edit edit: I think I did it right... let me know if I goofed this.

Looks right to me.

Here are the release Linux targz package builds:

32 Bit
64 Bit

Should be the same as RC2. Probably should see if i can get my build env to do reproducible builds so the SHASUMS would be the same :)

I will try to get a release up for Debian and see that it is ready for upload before I leave for holiday. :)

Updated: packaged, updated and ready to be uploaded. Sent an email to a DD to have it uploaded to Debian.

@raevol: You changed the formatting of the change log - is this final? And you forgot to mention the new spell search bar in the magic menu (see engine video at 7:10).

I will be reformatting the gist to look like previous release announcements, just haven't posted that publicly yet. :) And the spell search bar wasn't in the changelog I was given! I'll be sure to add it.

@corristo is RC2 ok to use as a release package? Or should I wait for another?

The release package needs to have its version file updated, otherwise the game won't actually treat it as a release, so if you want to use the RC2 build then that needs to be done manually.
