No S3TC texture compression support installed
Then I don't know what to tell you other than ensuring your video card drivers are up to date. This is the first time I've heard about missing S3TC support on windows.Umm... I'm a Windows user.
Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
I just switch from integrated video to GeForce in Nvidia driver settings and now OpenMW works perfectly.

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
Is this project patching exploits? Because I found a couple. My character isn't even a thief and I've exploited to get 100 Sneak and 100 acrobatics.AI can get stuck around obstacles (in this case, a stalagmite) so I just held crouch by using a screw under my Ctrl Key. With acrobatics, I just rebound jump to left click and my mouse has an autofire left click button and I put my screw in there and hit Q so my character would jump a lot of times per second by hitting a wall.

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
About the sneak. You could do this in vanilla in an AI's house and slightly out of sight. Sneaking out of sight simply increases the skill, whether in combat or friendly area. I don't think it's an exploit per se, just power leveling. The acrobatics does sound like an exploit, since you are jumping more than you should be able to. But isn't vanilla behavior exactly the same?
Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
To complete the previous answer, the point is: if you can do it also in the original game then it won't be fixed pre 1.0; if you cannot do it in vanilla then it is a bug and it should be reported.commodore256 wrote:Is this project patching exploits?
Read about 1.0 objectives.
