Right, updated the download with a new build. It's on the same revision as the latest nightly and has the 'swrescale-0.dll' file
I should've thought to add it, considering it was being linked, but it worked locally so I didn't think of it.

I can't use on touch combat magic on the VS 2013 builds.

That error is most likely caused by the Plugin_ParticleFX library being missing or broken.

In my case it seems that the file gpu2doperation.material can't be found.
The problem is persistent on both the old 64bit build and the new 32bit build that Ace just posted.
Edit: Strangely enough OpenCS seems to work flawlessly.

Sorry, it seems my problem is unrelated to the builds, but rather something that occurred after uninstalling 0.31 via the uninstall client (At least I assume this is the cause). Since when i reinstalled 0.31 the problem persists.
Edit3: After manually deleting the settings folder and reinstalling the 0.32 build works without any problem as of yet.

Apparently there was a power failure and an SSD failed silently meanwhile, so everything broke. Hopefully the servers will be back up later, but no deadline for when that will happen yet.
I'll be moving the builds somewhere else once I've set up new scripts for that.

Right, server's back up again. Apparently reinstalling ESX and reconfiguring the VMs didn't take that much time.
