On the latest Nightly (8ed3454) I get this error when launching OpenCS:

Yeah, forgot to pack the OgreOverlay dll in the first builds, but I've fixed that. The latest nightly shouldn't have any such issues.

I'm still getting the same error on a freshly downloaded nightly

That is very strange, and I can't replicate it with a fresh download of the latest nightly. The OgreOverlay.dll file is there, and OpenCS launcher properly.

Which files are in the folder where you installed the nightly build? Check that there actually is an OgreOverlay.dll in there.

Tested the 32 bits version. The OpenCS launcher starts but if I try edit an mod the launcher charge but the window don't appear. No crash.
