Thread for non-programming tasks
Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
Awesome, your .zip is very useful, thx!
Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
So solved? No need for the hexdump anymore?
Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
Nope, not needed anymore - it had all the IDs (by IDs I mean the number, e.g. summon fabricant - 137)
Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
Cool. Awaiting next task.
Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
Could someone quickly check if
a) you get money back that you gave a merchant (via buying his stuff) when you kill him and loot his corpse?
and/or b) you get his initial "merchant-cash" (amount of money that he has available to buy your items, re-stocks after 24h iirc) when you kill him and loot his corpse?
and c) what happens if you buy items from someone who has e.g. 300 starting gold, so he's at 450 gold. then, rest for 25 hours. does his gold reset to 300?

Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
Looting merchant's body revealed mo money whatsoever on their bodies for me (I tried with Clagius Clanler (Outfitter), Ra'Virr and whatever-the-name-was pawnbroker in Balmora).
P.S.: But the barter amount resets after 24h, regardless of whether it was more, less or equal to their original amount.
So if you haven't talked to a merchant in 24h his/her gold is reset to default value.

Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
I quickly need a screenshot how the Faction tooltip (in the stats window) looks like when you have the maximum rank (no time to play through MW again ).

Re: Thread for non-programming tasks
I need to know at which level of alchemy you can see how many ingredient effects. So, start with a new char, and raise alchemy by 1 level until you can see the next effect, and write down at which level you discovered each effect. (It's the same for all ingredients, iirc)
