Missing Master Trainers?

Has OpenMW fixed the missing master Armorer and Medium Armor? I was at the docks at Tel Fyr, and they were empty, so I consulted the MCP (which fixed both) page, and I can't find anything one way or the other on if they fixed them.

The master medium armor trainer is "fixed" by Unofficial Morrowind Patch, it's compatible with OpenMW so you can just use it together with OpenMW. It's not OpenMW's territory to fix it since OpenMW doesn't try to modify content files, but mods like Unofficial Morrowind Patch do.
