Forum reorganisation

What are people's thoughts about a bit of forum reorganisation? For the actual development we currently have General -> General Discussions and Technical -> (Editor) Development.

Technical stuff goes into the later. That is okay.

Organisational stuff into the former. Less okay, since this board is also used for a lot of miscellaneous discussions, which lead to some organisational discussions ending up in Off Topic, where they don't belong either.

Therefore I would like to propose a new board: General -> "Organisation & Planning". It could be inserted between "General Discussions" and "Feature Requests and Suggestions". Anything related to PR, release planning and any other non-technical idea how to move the project forward could be moved there.

Sounds like a good idea. I also suggest we start employing sticky threads soon so that new users don't keep reporting what they think are bugs, asking the same questions, requesting the same features, etc.

Do you expect so many new developers that we need a separate forum for them?

Just want to move those topics from general discussion to more glorious place so they can be find easier and users can write how much they like job developers done later. Plus maybe status updates (like from raevol when he went to this convent).
