Re: OpenMW 0.47.0
The new version will be released later this day (GMT+1) which will include final release packages for all operating systems. So I'd just wait for these to be published.

Re: OpenMW 0.47.0
Man, that's great feedback! :) Here are my suggestions for the German version: 1) #2404: Maybe add the English version "("levelled lists")" to clarify DONE! 2) #5730: Maybe change "wortwörtlichen "Aufsammelns"" to "sichtbares "Aufsammeln"" ...

Re: OpenMW 0.47.0
The release announcement posts for version 0.47.0 are almost ready. It would be nice to get some feedback on the German post, though. That's why I have uploaded both changelogs to a public GitLab repo for anyone to proofread and check for weird/confusing wording. Here's the link: 0.47.0 Changelogs ....

Re: Issues with Tamriel Rebuilt?
No worries! The OpenMW folder taking priority over the Morrowind folder is most likely caused by the order these folders are listed in your local "openmw.cfg" file. Consider this example: data="C:\Games\TES-III_Morrowind\Data Files" data="C:\Games\_OpenMW\OpenMW\Mods\TR-Data...

Re: UI Scaling
The launcher option was introduced after the 0.46.0 release which is why it is not present in your setup. You still need to manually edit your local settings.cfg file in your configuration path . Look for the "[GUI]" section in your settings file or add it at the bottom if it is not presen...

Re: Gaming mouse
Can actions and hotkeys be applied to the side buttons on a gaming mouse? Works partially for my mouse ("Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum"): Mouse 1 --- click left mouse button Mouse 2 --- click middle mouse button Mouse 3 --- click right mouse button Mouse 4 --- click side mouse button (re...

Re: How to increase the amount of memory OpenMW can use
I have 24GB memory in my computer. During regular use I don't get above 6gb used at a time. When I run OpenMW it seems to cap its memory use at 1-2gb memory. Is there a way to increase the limit and push my OpenMW to the max and use more of my unused memory? Could it solve some of the lag issues I'...

Re: Multiple installs
OpenMW relies on a local directory (the exact location depends on your OS). What many people do is having differently named local OpenMW folders and "activating" only one of them by renaming it "OpenMW". On Windows, it could look something like this: ~USER\Documents\My Games\ |--...

Re: Why is OpenMW not listed in uesp.net mods page?
Having dealt with the UESP folks to get the Daggerfall Unity pages set up there, they will not accept that OpenMW is an engine recreation (even though it is) - they would likely add space for it under Mods, as they did with DFU. [...] Any reasoning as to why they refuse to accept that? EDIT: I just...

Re: Why is OpenMW not listed in uesp.net mods page?
Interesting. One could argue that OpenMW is not a mod but an engine recreation -- but, as you mentioned, the mod main page also lists similar projects for Arena and Daggerfall. It looks like nobody has bothered to add OpenMW. Curiously, there already exists an OpenMW page which is linked to the Morr...
