Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
I am still not convinced about the red line. Might look odd when used in the toolbar. Could we have a test render without it to see if we are losing functionality that way? So here's the default state of the icon: default.png When the user disables fog, we show one of these: terrain+bridge+water+pa...

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
First however we should check how the blue markers work in the icons. We have a bluish background there. Might cause problems. Seems to work fine, even in my simple test without an outline: pathgrid.png water+pathgrid.png terrain+water+pathgrid.png terrain+bridge+water+pathgrid.png default.png This...

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
With "in the editor" you mean they are difficult to see for people with some types of limited vision? But wouldn't that depend on the background? I don't see how we can do something about that, because there can be all kinds of backgrounds. No, it would not depend on the background. Pure ...

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
The contrast on the pathgrid pic looks too harsh, I'll probably soften it if blue pathgrid markers are no-go.

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
The saturation helps bring out the fog effect. If it's already desaturated, some people with poorer eyesight may have some minor difficulty seeing the colors. Good point! I've checked and this is indeed the case, so I left the sky saturation as it is. Thanks! I've also checked how the icon looks fo...

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
Let's stick to showing a single element on the toggle buttons. Like this? bridge.png terrain.png water.png pathgrid.png fog.png The sky looks overly saturated to me, looks like I'll have to tone it down. I can't leave the elements without a background because the button background color is not pred...

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
For the naming scheme something like this would be useful: SceneElement_x.png where x is a number composed by adding the shown scene elements (references: 1, terrain: 2, water: 4, pathgrid: 8, fog: 16), so for example terrain and water would be: SceneElement_6.png Oh, a bitfield. I don't think I ca...

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
This has to be prettified a bit, the white stripe at the bottom sticks out too much. Any comments on the direction in the meanwhile?

Re: Scene Toolbar Icon Request
water+fog.png There are 32 of them total but I'm too lazy to export all of them. All of the 32 combinations can be achieved using alpha blending only. However, there are 15 layers to blend: 4 for water, 4 for terrain, 3 for fog and one per every other element. Source SVG is also attached if anyone ...
