Well as im in to this now the opengex http://opengex.org/ already have some importers and template to write own one available. that jmonkey got some discussion about arctitechture. Basically what have understood you create object's mesh in blender what you like to use and name is as needed ninode name as chest for exp which tells the game object type in vanilla engine. Then you can import it to morrowind using nifskope or script/manually in middlehand to get the data structure...

In vanilla install had some 200 mods installed and was pretty unstable to play and only way to make it work even some hour(s) without crashing was load order sorting and had to be +-1 accuracy in some parts. Planet eldercrolls did have mod sorter which have exact same playout kinda. Would have to possibly contact mod authors... looking for it but seems little fague. Was kinda better than mlox have to say :)

Btw. What code changes you propose .?

Thanks :) personally could even get that working in the weekend althought it gets looong time maybe post 1.0 in following and trying before can make anything like pull request without breaking stuff than reading and contributing to forum .p Will be nice to play with the code as it will be handy when...
