OpenMW package IMO. These tools are more relevant for playing and managing content than for making content.

Held Items are a new object type. The engine distinguishes between them like between any other object types (e.g. Misc and Activator). If we're not changing anything about current assets, could the logic to distinguish between the two be implemented now? There is no logic. This can not be determined...

You make some good points about QoL improvements. However we are still in a somewhat early stage of development. Many things are still missing. OpenMW-CS has huge holes in its functionality (the grid issues you mentioned are only a small part of it). Therefore QoL improvements are not the things we ...
