After taking the decision (seven years ago ) to teach myself to create mods for Morrowind, I started Friday by doing some Tes3-CS tutorials. I find it easy to use, but I don't know if I should learn OpenMW-CS instead.

Yes, the problem occurred by clicking on Data Files in the OpenMW Launcher. If the directory or file in “content=<some_path>” or “data=<some_file>” was wrong, the line just vanished. After posting here I also noted it was not possible to write comments in openmw.cfg. The openmw-launcher erased it ev...

Is really confusing to keep track of all the deleted lines. As alternative, something like openmw-<date>.old could be created. (or both )

About the gamepads.

Antimicro is the best multi-platform program to map keyboard/mouse to a gamepad that I've seen. It's also GPL, so maybe you can take a look at the code.
