Re: Trader Gold

Of course. But it is still an arbitrary mechanic . Where does the merchant stores the gold pool gold? Does he pull it out of his arse? Even if he did that, it should still be available for looting after he is killed . And surely robbing a rich merchant should be more profitable than robbing a poor ...

Re: Icons: Visiual Metaphors

A little. But we can replace book icon for books and scrolls with a scroll icon. I don't think this is a good idea. A user who wants to do something with books is thinking about books. With books on the brain, I'd bet you money that even knowing what the icons mean users wanting to mess with books ...

Re: Scriping feature request

... Sure, there's some good possibilities, but also some dangers. Imagine playing over a network, or another slow device. Or on a system where storage is at a premium, or may not persist. Imagine a system that doesn't have writable file storage. Then you have to concern yourself with how to handle ...

Re: Marked Improvements, ?fixes

I wouldnt ask these types of questions. This is a game where you have a mud crab merchant. The people at Bethesda have always been unique snowflakes. They made a game with a world the size of Britain where the tutorial breaks halfway through; then a game with one of the most fascinating settings si...
