coming from the world of oldschool basic programming (quickbasic GWbasic, and Basica), declaring at the beginning of a function is standard. I have just begun learning C, so it is interesting to read about this. I guess you see different ideas for structure with different languages.

Heck, something like this could allow you to make a game where you have a party of NPCs instead of just you and it would play more like Icewind Dale or something. Though the current browser based IRC implementation seems to work fine on my Iphone 4S. while an android version would be a welcome addition (perhaps not... I mess around too much on my phone at work as it is), I mainly was going to post a 2nd that this site works fine for me on andoid with firefox...

perhaps this thread should be broke into 3: one for website for openmw mods, one for the unfortunate member with a ctd, and one for plug-in conflict detection. my 2 cents on conflict detection. The user's not an idiot, if they install two overhauls of Balmora, tehy should know it's not going to work...

Why we can't just define any empty space in terrain and handle it correctly (creating mesh for the space, texturing, modyfining terrain mesh to make a "hole")? Is this super complicated? no, its not. the suggestions here are all for passing on more difficulty to the devs, because compared...

In my opinion, one of the best parts of the game was exploration and discovery. I thought that the way beth handled exploration in MW was done very well, better than Oblivion. While the directions were sometimes off, (you can find that happens in real life), as a player you shouldn't expect to alway...
