Awesome. Thanks, Scrawl! Which do you expect to be more time consuming; water or terrain? Maybe do the simpler one first, so that it's in the daily builds so that folks are testing it and then work on the more complicated and slower going one.

Thanks, Scrawl. Couldn't agree more with what you said about bug fixing, performance, and stability. The pretties and terrain optimizations can come later. It's smart to focus attention on aspects of the engine that are currently interesting you, rather than beat your head against working on shadows...

Yeah, scrawl can you give us a taste of where the port is at now? Looks like you've tackled a serious number of bugs, but I'm not sure if those were mostly osg independent bugs. I am excited for 0.37.

Very cool. I wish I understood the intricacies of this. I am sure working with A.I. involves a lot of trial and error. Thanks for improving this, dteviot. It would be terrible if all the npc's were suffering from acute inner ear infections or possibly side-effects of skooma.
