Re: Multiple installs
That does indeed work. Its not 100% ideal however. It gives multiple master files and simply merges all the plugins into one list. Which is fine for testing stuff out and what not.

Re: Multiple installs
In what file are you setting that? D:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\openmw\launcher.cfg I suspect, if there are multiple installations of MW, OpenMW won't see most of them, since it only looks in specific places. Adjusting the data= entry in the user openmw.cfg file should do the job. Which lin...

Re: Multiple installs
I have tried setting the first run to true, but it still doesn't give me the option to choose an install directory.

Re: Multiple installs
Ok. Uninstalled, deleted user data. Tried again and clicked skip and it just loaded the launcher with the Morrowind.esm in the data files page. No option to choose where to import from. Using the windows 64 bit version. Also, for whatever reason, keyring.esp is listed below Morrowind.esm. http://i.i...

Multiple installs
Hi all, dumb question time. I was playing around with OpenMW 1.8 as i wanted to test a mod far away from 0,0 on the grid. When I first fired up OpenMW it gave me an option to import an existing .ini, but it didn't give me a choice of which one. Myself, and I'm sure many others out there, have multip...

Re: Specularity maps, Motion blur and Physics
Can't agree more myself. Although. It would be nice to have both methods implemented. The modding community would show you what is more popular.

Re: Terrain Tunneling/Arching
EU4 is looking very promising. I just hope they allow access to C++ now hat they have done away with Unreal Script. As for landscapes, both UE3 and UE4 can handle landscapes much bigger than what we've seen in any Bethesda game so far. Also, the painting holes idea is a much better idea than voxels,...

Re: Terrain Tunneling/Arching
I think the easiest and most practical way to do caves is the way its done with the landscape system in UE3. I really wish bethesda had taken up using this a long time a go as its so damn simple and removes all those immersion breaking loading screens. Far Cry 3 does the same thing. You don't notice...
