You don't have to rebuild the project if you only modify the layout files, but it's not like you'll be able to do much with the GUI through adjusting them.

Curiously a lot of the scripts in the mod are broken because they are global scripts that try to run instructions without an implicit reference. Didn't have a closer look at them though.

No, GetPCRank works correctly. If Tiram had a faction, it would have recovered your rank in that faction. Remember the dialogue system can't tell what faction PCRank should work with from the dialog conditions of the context.

Wait, is it not common knowledge 0.45.0 was released half-baked?
Anyway, trying to speed up 0.46.0 release just won't work out well. Especially if there are known issues. Nightly users aren't lab rats, but release build users are especially so.

However, there are still plans to officially support later TES games. Though it'll take a while to get to that point.
