I just noticed that e.g. coc "Fort Frostmoth" no longer spawns you inside the tower, but on top of it. Was this a conscious change? I'm just worried that some mods might rely on the vanilla behaviour

This might not be an OSG bug, but when I use tcl and run around in 3rd person view, I can't accelerate by pressing SHIFT.
