Re: OpenMW 0.46.0 Released!
found a possible bug. Seems that when I am on a building or any place that the guards can run to me then cannot reach me but are right under me when they reach that point they turn and run away but state a "run away" saying like I cannot take it anymore, or let me live, or even help guard...

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0
And we are live! :) Start to spread the word - lysol's already set a good example on Reddit. Edit: Corrected release announcement and added HTML and BBCode versions. __________________________________________________ Plain Text: After over a year of development, the OpenMW team is proud to announce ...

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0
Seconded. Ran around for a while, tinkered with my shadow settings, and also took a quick look at OpenMW-CS. No issues so far.reddragon72 wrote: ↑13 Jun 2020, 00:30 I can confirm Win64 is working. Shadows appear and it seems stable enough to kill everyone in Balmora lol

Re: Distant Terrain on GNU Linux
Welcome to the forums, uwu666! Have you set your viewing distance to a value greater than the default one? Something like: [Camera] viewing distance = 21903.0 ; instead of default 6666.0 [...] [Terrain] distant terrain = true I hope that solves your problem; please refer to our terrain settings docu...

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0 Video Complaining Thread
I don't know about their workflow, but I always hear about how almost all of the top Youtubers have one person working as editor doing most of the editing job for them, choosing the audio, cutting, making the transitions, adding effects, choosing thumbnails and general post-production. Well, that s...

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0 Video Complaining Thread
Disclaimer: I'm going to assume that we want to keep the current video format. From the feedback we get, people really like it and while the majority of our viewers may not notice all of the small details, inside jokes, and references those reflect one of our project's core motivations: The deep lo...

Re: camera jerks when spamming attacks or lock picks
I could reproduce the issue using OpenMW 0.45.0. From what I can tell, the glitch is absent in our RC builds, so I'd say it will be fixed in the 0.46.0 version of our engine.
It would be nice if you tested this again when 0.46.0 finally arrives and you've upgraded your game.

Re: OpenMW 0.46.0
why not just release....and THEN do the release video? why does it have to be day-and-date with the release? IIRC, we've already discussed that and finally agreed that a synchronous release (builds, videos, twitter, our outreach pages) raises the most attention. PS DarkElfGuy makes morrowind videos...
