In Skyrim running and walking both do not deplete stamina, and if the character is walking his stamina should regenerate faster. There is also "sprint" option, when for a short amount of time and at cost of stamina character runs even quicker.ezze wrote: ...explain, don't ask. I never played Skyrim.

First, it's not a bug, it's an oversight. Second, OpenMW is a game engine. Not Morrowind engine 2.0. It's not intended only for Morrowind, so no reason for fixing so-called resource issues.
