In fact you can delete anything that isn't Morrowind.ini or Data Files folder and OpenMW will run any way because it ignores these files (and after you import Morrowind.ini you can even get rid of it too, and add BSAs in OpenMW's config manually). Cannot reproduce too, Almsivi Intervention on that save teleports the character to Vivec High Fane, Divine Intervention teleports to Pelagiad fort, and Recall... well, Recall doesn't do anything because there is no Mark, but you can place it and Recall will teleport the character correctly.
