Re: Mod Status page primary maintainer

Thunderforge and I are working on this, picking up from where Atahualpa seems to have left off several months ago. The plan includes reorganizing the mod list categorically, for expansion (see thread at Talk:Mod_status ), and some templates are being developed. I've been doing a shipload of mod play...

OpenMW-CS and Companion Project 3.1 giving me fits - dialogue loop

So, I've installed Grumpy's Companion Project 3.1 (the ultimate basis for most companions that are functional in OpenMW), and followed the instructions (to the extent the Bethesda CS ones apply to OpenMW-CS) to create a customized companion – not a changing of the included one, but a new one. No mat...

Re: Julan Ashlander Companion

Completely stuck with Julan now (using same Jan. 2017 build I mentioned above; it's the same playthrough). I cannot get past the Zainsubanni bit of the MQ. Julan has been trained up, and wants to go to Red Mountain (both his "Red Mountain" and "Within the Ghostfence" dialogue opt...

Re: Emma/Grumpy MW companions (Wolf, Beryl, Hurd)

The nightlies aren't going to fix themselves and will become 0.42 unless you start filing bug reports. ;) We'll need behaviour before and after change, including what is the correct behaviour if possible. Reports can be filed here: https://bugs.openmw.org/ :Noted, and I already filed a report, with...

Re: Emma/Grumpy MW companions (Wolf, Beryl, Hurd)

Okay, it's probably a conflict between Pack Donkeys and another mod, then. I s'pect that resolving that one would also resolve the similar problem with other similar mods (Baratheon's Pack Guars, Panther Buddy, etc.), since it's the same "dealer takes your money, but the animal will not follow'...

Re: Emma/Grumpy MW companions (Wolf, Beryl, Hurd)

Further testing notes: I was able to use Ingred from Domehome, to an extent, but after most every combat she goes into "fighting nothing" mode. ... Known problem - see https://bugs.openmw.org/issues/3550 Cool. I added some additional notes there. Witchgirl Morgana ... her option to not su...

Re: Emma/Grumpy MW companions (Wolf, Beryl, Hurd)

Further testing notes [with some addl. details since I first wrote this]: I was able to use Ingred from Domehome, to an extent, but after most every combat she goes into "fighting nothing" mode. E.g., will fire all her arrows, hundreds of them, at an invisible enemy in the ground. Doing a ...

Re: Emma/Grumpy MW companions (Wolf, Beryl, Hurd)

Update: Wolf Companion 3.1 works pretty well. Earlier versions do not. Beryl and Hurd remain totally malfunctional. So do the staff and companion of Domehome if you take them out of there. They all go into fight-mode for no reason and seemingly cannot be gotten out of it. The wolf's combat is workin...

Re: Julan Ashlander Companion

Coming into this thread very late, using 0.41.0 (Jan. build with MacOS Sierra fixes), and been testing companion mods. I see .omwaddon patches at the top of this thread, and a note that they'll be updated to newer versions as needed, but the bottom of this thread seems to suggest issues are resolved...
