2 questions regarding water and view distance
1. I tried out some different water normal maps yesterday. How hard would it be to implement a change of used normal map depending on weather and/or if you are indoors (and/or water shader)? It was easy to get really cool results, but some normal maps are better suited for rain and other for a sunny...

Re: Clang's Static Analysis
I can't see it in my browser either, but I can right click download it. Attached it in this post. Side note; it's so big it takes my SSD 5s to open. 32k px width.raevol wrote:I can't view or open this image.beta wrote:https://imgur.com/dLqiSAS

Re: [mod] Mod test chargen crash to desktop
And to clarify; my statement was to the line "I'm still getting a Crash-to-desktop with Mod Test Chargen with the official release of 0.32.0".
As for the state of fixme, you should keep an eye on: https://wiki.openmw.org/index.php?title ... (status)#F

Re: Low FPS OpenMW
The fix was applied 5 days ago, long after the 0.32 was locked down.

Re: Low FPS OpenMW
Just wanted to note that I've never had any issues with Windows 8.1 in regard to OpenMW and I know I'm not the only one using that specific OS, so the issue is something besides just having 8.1.

Re: Do none of the OP game mechanics (features) work still?
And you still can, quite easily, if you know Morrowind good enough.Deonsion wrote:I don't want to cheat. I like the ability to say I didn't use the cheats/consoles of games, but still become OP.
Side note: I hope all exploits get fixed in a mod in the future.

Re: New blog theme (mobile devices friendly)
Here's my feedback; 1. I don't feel the main (beige) background fit anymore with that new white/black theme. A suggestion would be a dark gray gradient with a semi-transparent Morrowind image on top. An extension to the above idea is that when you fix the logo image, you can let it be slightly too l...

Re: OpenMW 0.31.0
Silly perhaps, but a hack that is used from time to time. I've used it myself a couple of times. If it's the best way to solve it here, I wouldn't know.scrawl wrote:Ok, I was thinking alpha 0 to 1 scale.
Anyway, that's the silliest "workaround" I've ever heard of. We will not add such nonsense.

Re: OpenMW 0.31.0
You forgot; "...and set the transparency to 1" (on the scale 0-100, not 0-1), meaning it would be transparent to the naked eye, but not to OSX.scrawl wrote: That is a terrible idea. Think about what would happen with dark backgrounds.

Re: OpenMW 0.31.0
- An OpenMW crash on Windows (definitely not a release blocker). Is this reproducable enough, that we should add it to the known issues? One person confirmed the crash on 8.1 and one said he didn't experience it on 7. One or two more windows users testing this should settle it. Preferably one with ...
