Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think that part is modifiable in OpenMW yet. It's been discussed though.

Is there an in-game keyboard implemented in the non-android version? I don't think there is one, but I could be wrong...

That's funny, I was going to say it looks way better than I anticipated. Still not my style, but cool to see a feature like this in place.
