On a semi-related note, can you implement a way for the LOD of a given object to be disabled when the parent object is disabled? Eh I can't actually imagine compiling on any system really, I've tried for a few things in puppy linux but it's like the instructions I track down are written for a certain distro and amazingly don't work for puppy. The shell likes to give me "that command does not exist moron" type messag...

largely the fact that I have no clue how to compile anything. I've tried to look into it for other projects but I get messed up somewhere around installing the dozen or so libraries and shells required to do so. I don't even recall what i was trying to do last time.

I'm interested in testing, don't know how great I'd do but I like to test the newest stuff out. I tried gitting it or w/e the term for it is on github but there's nothing playable in the source like i'm used to for 0 ad.
