The file in the error message. It shows you were it can be found: C:\Users\Bruno\Documents\MyGames\OpenMW/settings.cfg

This is a much-needed area of improvement for OpenMW, the issue is we don't have anyone contributing code to make it better. If you're able to code this stuff, we would be happy to receive your contributions!
