Ok, still not in a good position to record, but it seems like it's not happening if I use the D-pad on my Xbox controller, only the stick. Interesting to note.

I noticed that the time remaining on a potion effect was not reduced by time spent waiting or resting. Is that how vanilla works - I've forgotten - or is that something speciifc for OpenMW (in which case I'll report it)?

My FPS seems to stay at the 30FPS max that I set it at, but regardless of the FPS fairly often (especially outdoors) my character just starts walking like it's through molasses, then recovers, then slows down again, etc. I know that's way to vague for anything useful, so what are the usual steps to ...
