To be honest, I don't think there's so much functionality in executing native code, aside from rather superficial things like that discord integration and not superficial things like prototyping stuff. Lua support, on the other hand, would be nice, IMHO.

UESP adamantly states it's vanilla behavior, that guy is a silly n'wah for uninstalling OpenMW because of this.

The 1st stage would be to port this utiliy from Python to C++, I guess. But it's better to flesh out the Python version first.

I don't think OpenMW allowes to change skin tone. Not yet, at least.
