WRT to mac "too many open files" - ulimit will increase the file handle limit for the process you runs it in and its children. If you then launch OpenMW from the finder it likely won't be affected. Try this instead: https://synthomat.de/blog/2020/01/increasing-the-file-descriptor-limit-on-...

There's cleaning saves and then there's cleaning mods. This won't handle .OMWSAVE files well. They're a different format than anything it knows. You can see what the loadlist of a save is with "dump --type tes3 SAVEFILE", but it'll be somewhere in the middle of a vast sea of error messages...

What version of UL do you have? That might matter - I've got 3.53 from stuporstar.sarahdimento.com.
TESFaith is the program you're looking for WRT moving landmasses around. I've used it twice with no issues FWIW.

The concept was that she'd have none (or maybe just a few) until a certain quest stage. At that point her script does "AddItem DHM_insc_oil -6" to give her 6 restocking oils. This works in vanilla(+MCP) but OpenMW doesn't like it. Giving her -6 of them with the CS would do the same thing b...
