I was able to use them on Void Linux without an issue; I also did not need to force Qt5 with the file/folder..

For what it's worth:

This has been a huge learning experience for me, and I don't expect future videos to take quite as long. I'm planning to do a writeup about it once it's out there, so be on the lookout for that if you are interested.
