Additional Troubleshooting:
Reinstalled OS to same version.
Reinstalled Steam. Reinstalled Morrowind. Reinstall OpemMW.
Tested...and working.

Now to see what caused the issue. I am going to reinstall applications to see if I can get it to break again.

Is there another location to look for this download for macOS?
