Re: Video Capture/Editing Help?

Ok, living up to this scripting standard takes so much work that capturing footage is indeed a brief walk in the park! There isn't much point in doing this unless we crowdsource scripting... I am going to continue, but Atahualpa will probably post the actual video before the experiment ends.

Re: Video Capture/Editing Help?

raevol, it was an awesome call to turn this into an experiment/challenge! I trust your judgement that it's not feasible, but trying it out could indeed be a nice experience! As I understand it, we have two experiments to run: (Experiment A) Crowndsourcing only the pre-footage capturing. That was the...

Re: Video Capture/Editing Help?

raevol, what if the consistency in quality you pointed in darkbasic's #3 is sacrificed? Having a compilation of inconsistent pre-footage might give the video a more "tested by many" feel. Instead of what might look like a carefully prepared demo, with everything looking good just for this ...

Re: Video Capture/Editing Help?

Is writing really not possible to crowdsource? The dialog could be written in a wiki page. Just an idea, though. I honestly have no experience with that. But I have watched videos that claimed to have been done by a group of writters/editors. I expect each taking care of a part of the video. I beli...

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0

Sorry for interrupting the thread (specially if this is not the right place to post this), but is Atahualpa going through all the stages of the release commentary video production alone? If so, I would like to suggest delegating "footage capturing" to other users, so that he can have all t...

Re: Connection Lost Error

By just running tes3mp , I was able to play without any errors!! I played for 14 minutes and tested as much things as I could remember (and believe to be relevant to test). The only abnormality I could spot was the reseted journal. However, upon completing a temple pilgrimage, the journal was update...

Re: Connection Lost Error

I must preemptively apologize for, once again, maybe being too over descriptive. I connect via browser, through the " tes3mp-browser " file (the one without an extension... the shell script... or bash script?). - First, I open a tab in my Gnome Terminal (alongside the tab that is executing...

Re: Connection Lost Error

I suppose I was a little bit over dramatic, hahaha. After following another port forwarding guide, as you instructed, I was introduced to the idea that each device in my house has a specific last digit in the IP address code, and that my computer was "192.168.15 .3 ", not " .1 "....
