Re: Anyone use this Groundcoverify!
I can run the command but it complains about the path to deltaplugin Do you mean this exception ? That refers to the PATH environment variable . Setting that/putting delta_plugin in the correct place will vary depending on your system, but that's what it uses to figure out where delta_plugin is ins...

Re: PortMod Ubuntu help setting this up
It sounds like it's not fetching the package repository information properly. Have you run into any error messages when trying to set this up? What happens if you run portmod sync ? Even with nothing else set up yet, it should synchronize and index the "meta" repository (which contains inf...

Re: Portmod - Mod Manager
So to avoid that and also help other people, would it work to do this?: ... That would be great! And yes, that's more or less the idea. You might want to look at importmod for any brand-new packages that need to be created (installable with pip). It's mentioned in the CONTRIBUTING file, but since h...

Re: Portmod - Mod Manager
Thanks. I looked at the link you sent showing the existing list - how do I know the correct way to spell the mod name? -> e.g. "arch-misc/glow-in-the-dahrk[dark-molag-mar]", since the name of the mod is "Glow in the Dahrk". Are those included in the import package "MW"...

Re: Portmod - Mod Manager
There are some of the mod lists from modding-openmw.com available in the "meta-momw" category: https://portmod.gitlab.io/openmw-mods/meta-momw/. Some them aren't up to date (most? all?) or are incomplete. While the "Total Overhaul" list isn't included, as far as I'm aware it is (...

Re: Delta plugin errors with "Windows Glow" mod
It's a sort-of known problem as DeltaPlugin doesn't read arbitrary flags (these certainly don't do anything on OpenMW, though I'm not sure about Morrowind). I looked quickly at it and I think it might be possible to preserve arbitrary flags without too much work, though at the least it should be pos...

Re: Portmod - Mod Manager
The weird thing is, the incorrect name doesn't appear in my openmw.cfg. Is it possible that you're searching with the wrong case (openmw lowercases the filenames, so in the file it's likely got capitals)? It looks like this could be from true-nights-and-darkness , which seems to use spaces in all t...

Re: Mod modification - openmw & Morrowind vanilla
If I remember correctly, I think EET does actually fix the dialogue topics anyway, and I don't think journals change since they're not displayed. I think esmap was necessary to fix cell reference numbers, which EET doesn't do. I was a little hasty in my first response. The only thing I can think of ...

Re: Mod modification - openmw & Morrowind vanilla
Assuming I understand the problem correctly, this should be fixable with a tool I created for this purpose a while ago. I'm not sure how well it works in practice as I've only tested it a few times, but the idea is that it maps localisation-specific identifiers such as dialogue topics from one local...

Re: [Solved] Launching crash: record size mismatch
Great! I was thinking this was for a different record type than what had been fixed.
