Strip over screen -- what causes this?
Can anyone please identify this blue-black glitchy twitching thing in the top part of the screen? I can't help myself thinking I've encountered a similar issue once, but unfortunately I'm probably too much of a noob to realize what's causing it. Maybe drivers? Any help much appreciated... glitch.png...
