How would I change the environmental variables?

Just tested OpenMW, and it does appear to be just tes3mp. I don't believe it's a hardware issue, because like I said, I had a laptop that ran it better.

Downloaded the mesh override and it did not seem to work. but at the same time it didn't show up in my data files so I'm not sure if I did it right.

It does seem to be the Physics that's taking most of the draw, let's see if the mod will work too.
