Re: Free-licensed game in OpenMW engine?
I am a noob at both blender and photogrammetry Well take a look at my attempts - that's the closes I've ever gotten to photogrammetry :D Painted my face with a marker, took photos, then made a pointcloud and finally a mesh in Blender :D Your results are awesome - could you maybe share the models at...

Re: Free-licensed game in OpenMW engine?
For super-low-poly stuff like some of the meshes here, normal Catmull-Clark subdivision might make things look worse. By just blindly subdivinding definitely yes. However Blender makes it super easy to manually control the subdivision by marking edges as sharp, weighting individual edges' "rou...

Re: Free-licensed game in OpenMW engine?
It isn't much visually yet but here are a few screens. https://imgur.com/a/3CXbL0u Thank you! It's definitely something to start with - all of these assets will have to be replaced with free ones anyway. I could help with looking them up and editing them. I have some personal collections of models ...

Big thanks to psi29a's amazing work, also to Zini and all other people for setting this up so quickly. It's really much better this way.

Yes, see this.Ravenwing wrote: ↑18 Jun 2018, 04:29 I thought that OpenMW doesn't currently use them properly. Doesn't OpenMW generate bitmaps from those TT fonts. I remember it being a problem with GUI scaling because it generates the standard size as bitmaps and then scales the bitmaps, negating the point of TT being vectors.
