Re: The new MWSE-Lua interface
If you read this thread carefully, you can notice that it is actually what NullCascade wants - modders should learn C\C++ to create and maintain custom executables or libraries, which OpenMW should load by his design. He even suppose that it is a killer-feature. Nnnnnot really. He wants to let them...

Re: The new MWSE-Lua interface
...Seriously? You guys actually saying it's easier to learn C code, then OpenMW's code internals, then edit the code and reocmpile it hoping the edits don't break the everything? Modding is a much better alternative to forking for mods . I can run multiple mods at once. I can't run multiple forks at...

Hmm, could you guys upload the DEBs directly somewhere while the problem persists? Github's linux download segfaults on me.

Capitalization in filenames, and how it affects linux
( I made a thread tangentially related to this several months ago, but now it'd be refloating dead threads and, from my last experience in forums, that's not well liked at all. ) I am making the this post here because I am not sure of which other subforum is more apropriate. This is an issue that af...

Open Morrowind overhaul is gone?
Not much to say; https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45286 is gone from the nexus, and I couldn't find any relevant info neither here nor in openMW's wiki's mod list.
Anybody has any idea of what happened?

Belt-hanging lights?
Not sure if this is the right board to do it at all, so sorry if one of the others is better to ask this. My question is, would it be hard to make a mod (In openMW's format or not) that adds the posibility to hang lights from one's belt, as I've seen in a few skyrim videos? I remember a very long ti...

DIsable texture filtering, and cast spell on right mouse click.
Two questions at once, but I'd rather not make two threads at once: First: Is there any way to use nearest neighbour texture filter on openMW? I know the game is designed with bilinear in mind, but I've been wondering what does it look like with NN for years. And second: Is there any way (Probably w...
