I think I've seen the question before, but no answer. Is VR being fully merged in 0.48 yet? Meaning, do I still need to install the VR fork over the main OpenMW to fully run OpenMW in VR?

Has there been any progress on this? As people such as myself come on board because the openMW engine works just as well as the vanilla without the bugs, they will tend to be less amped to use a product that must be installed by hand. Couldn't this be built into the launcher? Can I concur with this...
