So... Title bar? Yes? No? Any better suggestion?

Re: Subview border

Well damn. I thought you were referring to some config file style sheet that I didn’t know about. On a side note: We could, theoretically, move some options to the config file, but that is not very elegant and also requires code work. I am doing my best to avoid trying to set up a dev environment o...

Re: Editor manual outdated in downloads

The documentation isn't really finished... What do you propose then? Should we add links to single pages (settings, fonts, paths, etc.) to, e.g., the FAQ instead of adding a direct link in the main bar? As far as I know, the documentation is only linked in the wiki main page and the OpenMW .cfg fil...

Re: Subview border

I’ll have to try that when I’m back at home today. Didn’t know we could edit things like that post compile. Still think it should be set as a default though, so I support you in PRing that. Ehm, what I propose is a code fix which needs to go into the subview.cpp file - more precise: the constructor...

Re: Dehardcode weapon types behaviour

If we really will do it, probably it would be better to setup default records first (with vanilla behaviour), and allow to override them or add new ones.[...] Yes, I totally agree. That's bascially what Zini did in the design document - although, in this regard, we should probably disable changing ...

Re: Editor manual outdated in downloads

The OpenMW-CS manual entry is now up to date.

Regarding the quick link to our documentation: I'd add a link "Documentation" right after "Downloads" in the title bar. Is everyone okay with that?

Re: Dehardcode weapon types behaviour

So, what exactly would we need in OpenMW-CS? New record "Weapon Type" with corresponding entries New subview "Weapon Types" which allows us to manipulate Weapon Type records. De-hardcode static weapon type list and replace it with - what? A list read from the .omwgame/.omwaddon file? Looks like we'd...

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0

@Capostrophic: I started reviewing the change log. Is there any more convenient way to push changes than writing a comment under your gist file, given that it is a private repo? Given that you already narrate the video, tell me if you ever need help with the log's translation to German. It's my nati...

Re: Subview border

The main annoyance I had (apart from what’s already planned) is a visible border between sub views. It is incredibly annoying having to wiggle your cursor around until you find the boundary so you can resize. I hope this is easy to implement short of any UI overhaul. I know that feeling too well: E...

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0

However, has far as I can tell, not a single person has bothered to proofread/approve this? Whenever I did release announcements in the past, people were quick to jump in with corrections and revisions. Is there a reason that hasn't happened at all this time? Since I'm one of the usual proofreaders...
