The launcher will use the system locale if it's got support for the right language. If you want English instead of Russian, either set your OS to use English in preference to Russian, or, if there's some reason you don't want to do that, I guess it'd work if you deleted all the _ru.qm files from the...

Not all GPUs support 16x MSAA. When your run OpenMW, it tires the AA level you've selected, and if your graphics driver won't do it, it decreases it and tries again. An OpenMW team member has told you the mod won't work, and you should trust that above what the mod author says. They've not updated the mod for four years, so it's not like they've been keeping abrest of changes to OpenMW.

Things that have to go in the resources directory are only compatible with the one OpenMW version they were made for. The water shader your found probably just wasn't made for the OpenMW version you're running.

Most of what's in there looks like it's the non-user openmw.cfg , not the one you're supposed to edit. However, it also loads Morrowind.bsa , so either you've got a weird setup, or you've been modifying the wrong file. It works for everyone else if they make the changes they want through MO2, then run my exporter, then run delta plugin outside of MO2, then run OpenMW outside of MO2.
