I guess that price is not made by GOG.I remember, I bought Morrowind GOTY on DVD for 5 € which wasn't a special offer. But it's good news, that it is on GOG, also the Fallouts (1+2+Tactics) are back, but also they used to be cheaper, in particular on GOG... maybe they give Morrowind away for free so...

That sounds pretty much like a mod related vanilla bug, it happens when mods use the chargen models for the plank and crates instead of the normal models.
