With new distance land - groundcover... Does it mean that MGE XE is no needed any-more and I can stick only with OpenMW? I'm super excited.

Soft shadows are either more realistic, or they're faster, but never both. The kinds that let you use lower-resolution shadow maps without being able to see pixel edges tend to blur things too much and have a tendency to have visual artefacts if you don't design the game world in a way that avoids ...

What about softening the edges of shadows? Small visual tweak with great impact on realism (and HW ).

Did you plunder Tarhiel before taking that screenshot? Because oh my... :P It's kind of habit. Taking his dress, blade and scrolls... And then trying randomly jumping around Vvanderfel :D But somehow I always jump off in 90°. Is it bug? Aren't the nightlies at the moment more like release candidate...

Of course, but I want all settings on maximum. Especially when I know that I'm able to run most of today games on max. setting And MGE XE, which is one of the most performance heavy exe I ever saw

Thanks, I have GOTY edition and it works very well (even noCD patch was needed) :) Well I'm impressed by the video settings. It's quite a lot of work! But I was little bit disappointed of optimization. On fullHD with all setting on max my FPS is about 25 in Seyda Neen and Balmora, 30 in other cities...
