The video was good and the accent bothered me none.

so when i started playing morrowind back before the expansions came to the xbox, i noticed the items in crates in balmora where random and they became fixed on removal of a item from them. I checked them every visit and weighted the stuff in them if its worth it to loot them.

while i agree with its optionallity id like some way to figure if my opponent is weak in real life you'd be able to tell how damaged a creature is based on good observation.

I'm going to take a jab and say you interpreted scrawl removing static batching as drag and drop editing. static geometry means the objects assigned to it cant be moved at runtime through scripts or what not. because i was able to place things in the OpenCS like trees and what not. brief rundown on ...
